Ramjas College boys hostel accommodation is provided only to students admitted to the college and to those ordinarily resident outside Delhi. Admission to the boys’ hostel is offered based on merit-cum-interview basis, subject to the guidelines framed by the Ramjas College hostel committee and the university. Ramjas College boys’ hostel is quite unique in a number of ways. Ramjas College boys’ hostel includes a well-equipped common room, a gymnasium, and a huge collection of national newspapers and publications. The boys’ hostel has a common mess that is handled by the hostel residents. Ramjas College boys’ hostel also hosts the ‘Lala Ramjas Mal Cricket Tournament,' an inter-hostel day and night cricket tournament. The boys’ hostel at Ramjas College has been actively involved in cultural events such as film screenings, seminars, talks and trips.

Ramjas College facilities include a separate girls hostel. Ramjas College girls’ hostel includes separate common areas like dining, washrooms and common room, etc. Residence facilities for girl students will be of the highest quality, with special care for their comfort and security.

All students or residents are required to fill in the WUS Health Centre form available in the hostel office. In case of a medical emergency, the student is taken to the nearest hospital and the emergency case is notified to the local guardian. Following that, the local guardian will have to take charge thereafter and the entire responsibility for treatment and related expenses will be borne by the parents or the local guardian.

Ramjas College facilities and infrastructure include a fitness centre. The infrastructure and ambience of the fitness centre are pleasing. The fitness centre is an air-conditioned, well-equipped centre with the latest exercise amenities. Students and faculty visit the fitness centre. The gym offers a combination of yoga and aerobics sessions, as well as the latest in interactive exercise workouts. Ramjas College gym has a shower room and changing room. It has a trainer available during the college timings and there are separate timings for the men and women.

The new network, itself conceptualised by an alumnus of the college, will strive to bring together all those who are connected to the history of Ramjas College, and who have made the College what it is today.

The college has a state of the art Conference Centre located in the Canteen Complex. The large air-conditioned conference hall has a colourful ambience and can seat around 200 people. Space can be used for conducting many college, intercollege, conferences, workshops and seminars.
