RCEW Kurnool Placements 2024 - Highest Package, Average Package, Student Placed

Ravindra College of Engineering for Women, Kurnool is dedicated to providing students with opportunities to build their careers. The RCEW Kurnool placement cell conducts a placement drive, wherein different established companies participate and recruit students from the college. RCEW Kurnool placement cell is imperative to the students for the success of the placement drive. 

The RCEW Kurnool placement cell also organises workshops and training programmes to help students develop their personalities and learn better skills to ensure employment during the RCEW Kurnool placement process. The placement cell of RCEW Kurnool conducts various training sessions for the students.

RCEW Kurnool Placement Process

• The college's placement cell invites many organisations and companies to its campus to recruit students.  

• The college and visiting groups finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• Interested students need to register for the placement drive and complete the RCEW Kurnool application process.

• To hire the best candidates, the RCEW Kurnool campus is visited by several organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.

• The candidates hired by the companies and organisations receive the standard placement package.
