Degree wise Admission Process
BHMCT: The Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is a four-year program that takes in 60 students. The admission is based on the applicant's academic performance in 10+2, and may include an aptitude test conducted by the Institute.
B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration: This 3-year program has 60 intakes. Admission is based on 10+2 results and may include a test conducted to evaluate the candidate's aptitude in hospitality.
B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Technology: A 3-year program with an intake of 40 students, following an admission process of judging students' aptitudes mainly on 10+2 results, assessing their eligibility under such tests.
B.Sc. Airlines, Tourism, and Hospitality Management: A specialized 3-year program with an intake of 40 students. Admission is through eligibility in terms of performance in 10+2 and other evaluations related to aviation and tourism.
Diploma Programs: These comprise various 2-year diploma programs offered by RBIHM covering Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Bakery and Confectionery, Housekeeping, and Front Office. The intake for each is 30 students, unless stated otherwise for Front Office. The general admission for any of these programs is based on the 10+2 result and a possible skill-based assessment according to the specific field.
