If you are a general rank holder then getting into the above mentioned streams in any of the known government engineering colleges will be difficult for you.However if you opt to study in non-government engineering colleges, you can get chemical Engineering and some other courses as well,same with Heritage.

 Placements are moderate in RCC institute of Information technology Kolkata and It is government college & has 65-70% placement. The Companies like TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra, etc. visited there.

And CV Raman college is a private college. The placement & faculty is average as per the reviews.
