RK Polytechnic, Meerut Admission Process
RK Polytechnic, Meerut, is a leading technical institution situated in Kithore, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It offers several diploma programs in various engineering disciplines, which are all approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The admission process at RK Polytechnic aims at selecting deserving candidates for diploma programs. This way, the students taken in are academically sound and apt to pursue technical education in any of the engineering fields that the institute offers. There are five full-time diploma programs of a three-year duration offered by RK Polytechnic in different areas of specialization. The five departments pertain to Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering.
Application process
The application procedure at RK Polytechnic, Meerut, consists of several steps aimed to ensure the efficiency in terms of fairness and comprehensiveness when selecting of candidates:

Admission Process Degree Wise
Civil Engineering: This program has a sanctioned intake of 120 students. Admission into this course is based on the student's performance in relevant entrance examinations or upon the academic scores in qualifying examinations. Hence, the course gives an undemanding coverage and insight into the principles and practices of civil engineering.
Mechanical Engineering: An approved intake of 120 students witnesses the program looking upon the performance of the candidates either in the relevant entrance examinations or the academic scores. The course, therefore, revolves around these concepts in mechanical engineering and their practical application.
Electrical Engineering: This program has an approved intake of 60 students. Admission is given based on the candidate's performance either in relevant examinations or in his/her academic scores. The course runs across various aspects of electrical engineering and prepares students for the industry.
Electronics and Communication Engineering: This program offers an intake of 60 students and selects on the basis of performance in entrance exams or qualifying examination scores. The course is comprehensive in imparting knowledge regarding electronics and communication engineering.
Computer Science and Engineering: This program as approved has 60 students as intake. Admission is granted based on the candidate's performance in relevant exams or academic scores. This course encompasses in-depth understanding of the principles of computer science and engineering.
