Students participate in various inter-college activities and represent Osmania University in the All India Inter-University Tournaments in Cricket, Football, Power Lifting, Boxing, and Caroms. They have also won several gold and silver medals. The facilities provided include Indoor games like table tennis, carroms, chess, Outdoor games like volleyball, cricket, basketball, athletic events, shuttle, badminton, and tennikoit.
