As per the information available in their official site, there is no specific course of B.E. in mechatronics but has B.E in mechanical engineering. You will get to learn about mechatronics as a part of mechanical engineering.
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program offered under the Anna University, Chennai.
A candidate with a pass in the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry is eligible.
For General Category, an average percentage of 50% is required and for other categories, a minimum 45% is required. The selection is done on the basis of TNEA counselling.
The I Year curriculum will include subjects which are roots of the engineering through both theory and practicals like:
Technical English, Mathematics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Chemistry, Basic Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Practices Laboratory, Physics and Chemistry Laboratory.
In addition, also you will learn the basics of drawing, mechanics, Drafting tools and basic Engineering subjects like Engineering Graphics, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering practices laboratory and Computer Aided Drafting and Modeling Laboratory.
In the II Year, you will start learning subjects of mechanical engineering division in various basic fields like:
The strength of Materials, Engineering Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, Manufacturing Technology, Kinematics of Machinery, Engineering Materials and Metallurgy, Thermal Engineering, Environmental Science and engineering, Electrical Drives and Controls.
Manufacturing Technology Laboratory, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery Laboratory, Electrical Engineering Laboratory, Thermal Engineering Laboratory I, Strength of Materials Laboratory.
In the III Year, the subjects will be Computer Aided Design, Heat and Mass Transfer, Design of Machine Elements, Metrology and Measurements, Dynamics of Machines, Professional Ethics in Engineering, Design of Transmission Systems, Principles of Management, Automobile Engineering, Finite Element Analysis, Gas Dynamics and Jet Propulsion.
Dynamics Laboratory, Thermal Engineering Laboratory II, Metrology and Measurements Laboratory, CAD / CAM. Laboratory, Design and Fabrication Project, Communication Skills Laboratory.
IV year will include your knowledge in mechanical, electrical & computer science through both theory and practicals and your subjects will be:
Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Power Plant Engineering and Engineering Economics, Total Quality Management, Simulation and Analysis Laboratory, Mechatronics Laboratory along with fabrication projects related to recent trends in the mechanical field.

As per the official site.The intake/admission in RVS College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore under B.E-CSE is done once in every academic year, tentatively on the month June/July.
