Shadan Women's College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad Admission Process

Shadan Women's College of Engineering and Technology (SWCET), Hyderabad, is one of the best institutions in engineering and management courses for women.  Typically, the admission process at SWCET takes place in the months prior to the opening of the academic session, around August/September. Actual submission of applications would depend on selected entrance exams on a national and state basis, depending on the program of study under consideration. Most admissions for undergraduate programs are offered based on TS EAMCET or JEE Main marks commonly accepted. The postgraduate admissions are based on TS PGECET for M.Tech. and TSICET for MBA. Eligibility for admission to B.Tech programs, in general, is a pass in the 10 + 2 examination conducted by any recognized board with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

For admission to any of the relevant postgraduate programs, the candidate has to possess an undergraduate degree from a recognized university. The eligibility criteria may slightly differ for the various programs, but they are generally published in the notification of the concerned entrance test. The relevant dates pertaining to admissions, for example, dates for application start, exam dates, and result announcement, will generally be according to the schedules for TS EAMCET, TS PGECET, and TSICET. Therefore, the candidates are advised to keep checking these relevant dates and deadlines from the official websites that are maintained for each of the entrance exams and SWCET.
