About SMSIT: Shri Moti Smriti Institute of Technology, Lucknow, founded in the year 2015, claims itself to be one of the most upcoming institutions in the region. Affiliated with Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, the college has within a very short span of its operation become a window for learning technological education. SMSIT stands on a lush, 5-acre green campus approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. With a total student enrolment of 564, the institute currently has faculty strength running over 35 members, thereby maintaining a very good student-teacher ratio for personalized attention and guidance. The institute houses a well-stocked library containing over 3,000 volumes and 450 titles covering various disciplines of Engineering and Technology. In the field of academics, the SMSIT is engaged in providing the diploma programs in engineering.

The institute offers five full-time diploma courses for a duration of three years each. The programmes include Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering; Mechanical Automobile Engineering; Civil Engineering; Computer Science and Engineering; and Electrical Engineering. Each of the courses has a sanctioned intake of 54 seats, making it 270 across the board. The wide range of specialization helps students make a choice of the field that best suits their interests and career aspiration.
