Shri Sai College of Engineering and Technology, Chandrapur, Admission in Shri Sai College takes place on the basis of merit as determined by national and state-level entrance exams. The college accepts the scores of the two major entrance exams-Joint Entrance Examination and Maharashtra Common Entrance Test-for all undergraduate programs at the BE level. These have become the prominent gateways that open the avenue to engineering at different disciplines presented by the institution.
The requirements to be eligible for BE courses include the completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination with compulsory subjects being Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Besides, the candidate must secure the minimum qualifying marks as set by the regulatory bodies.

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering): Shri Sai College provides five full-time BE courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The duration of these programs is 4 years. Admission to BE programs is done on the basis of the performance of the candidate in JEE Main or MHT CET. The college has a total of 270 seats across these programs, with 60 seats each in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering, and 30 seats in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Diploma Courses: The college offers 3-year diploma courses in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and computer engineering. The number of seats is 30 for Mechanical and Electrical engineering each, whereas for the Computer engineering, the number of seats is 60. Diploma admissions may or may not be the same procedure as in the case of BE. Diploma admissions are also done at the state level entrance exams for the diploma or even 10th standard marks in some cases.
