SSWP Solapur Placement Process 2024
The SSWP Placement Cell prepares a link and sends it to the candidates. Interested recruits submit the attachment to the university with the required information.
The SSWP Training and Placement Cell fixes the date for the campus interview. They send notifications to the students about the eligibility criteria and salary packages offered by the institutes.
Students have to qualify for an exam that tests them based on aptitude, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, English proficiency, etc., after which they appear for an interview.
Students are then set for the Group Discussion (GD) round which tests their communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills and personality. They further proceed to the technical round and HR round where they are tested on their field knowledge and skills.
Candidates who qualify for the exam, GD round, Technical round and HR round are selected for the job. Selected students are issued placement letters on the same day or in the next few days by the Training and Placement Cell.
