Although the branch selection is based totally upto you, upon your interest of subjects. As it is but obvious that you wouldn't waste your time, money in studying something which doesn't interests you and that also for 4 years. Still according to me I guess SJCE ISE will be a better choice considering all the aspects.

SJCE placements for CS,IS,ECE are exceptional and all the companies will allow these 3 branches ,so there will not be any restriction for ISE students during placements and they are par with CSE students.also, CSE at SIT tumkur won't be a great choice over SJCE.

Talking about placements of both the colleges then the highest package offered by SJCE is 32LPA and average ranges around 5-6lpa.

Whereas, the highest package offered by SIT tumkur is 12lpa and average is around 3.5-4lpa.

There will be two options displayed while the time of allotment, one is confirm and proceed for next round  and next one is confirm your seat. If you have clicked on proceed and Continue then yeah you can apply for next counseling but if you have clicked on confirm your seat you cannot apply for next round

Coming to fees, yeah you may get full fee refund but yes 60 to 70% of fees refund for sure. You need to visit College for refund And carry a valid reason for not attending the college for confirmation

Yes. You can apply for 3rd round of counseling and in the further counselings is exists. There will be no problem in applying for further counsellings.

Coming to your fee structure, you must officially visit the College for any of fee refunds. Almost most of the colleges return fee's where few of the college's return 60 to 70%  of fees. So visit the College and have a valid reason for not attending the College for confirmation. They will let you know the further process

If you have locked your college and paid 50,000 but you have not physically reported to that college then obviously your seat get cancelled and also you are not eligible for the refund as it's your fault you have not physically reported. If you had surrendered your seat online(at the time of announcement of 2nd round results) then you are eligible for the refund. Also you can always contact to comedk authorities for the complaints.

JSS Science and Technology University is a private university located in Mysore, Karnataka, India. This college offers a lot of courses. The total fees for ECE Engineering is around 64k. Placements are good at this college. The average salary package is around 4 LPA. In other facilities college is good. Siddaganga Institute of Technology is a technological institute in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India. This college also offers a wide range of courses. The total fees for CSE Engineering is around 2.44 lakhs. Placements are also good here. The highest salary package was around 29 LPA for the last session. Other facilities are good here.

Overall, SIT Tumkur is better than JSS Mysore, in terms of placements.
