Yes It is possible to join B. Tech course after completing B.Sc through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering collges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed diploma in Engineering or B.Sc course.

But tech course in mechanical engineer after b.sc., there's no point in doing B.Tech. after Bsc. Either you go for Msc or you take up Btech first and then go for Mtech in Mechanical engineering. Hope this will help you.

Yes ,you can surely get a seat in Mechanical Engineering since you have got a rank of 90995 in JEE mains and also have SC quota. No you can not join CV Raman college of engineering, Bhubaneswar without appearing for Jee mains.

CVRCE, is a very prestigious college of the country so to get admission in any prestigious engineering college you need to clear jee mains with a decent score.

If you want to study at CVRCE, prepare for jee mains, and try to score a decent Percentile.
