There are 90 seats for 5 B.Tech programs offered at SIIT. Admission into the B.Tech program is dependent on RPET as well as JEE Main scores. The institute has five specialties: Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The allocation for each program is: Civil Engineering: 30; and the remaining four programs having 15 seats each.
