Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Ed. admissions are made strictly following the guidelines of the Govt. of Tamil Nadu. Both male and female candidates with the following marks in the UG degree are eligible for admission to the program. For Commerce and Economics candidates, a pass in PG Degree is vital. Candidates, who have done their PG Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics are eligible to apply for Home Science.

Admission Details

Admission Shall be Made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
