SOIL Institute of Management Gurgaon has completed the placement for 2023. SOIL Institute of Management placement for PGDM, PGPM, and PGPM HR has been released on the official website of the institute. As per the SOIL Gurgaon placement statistics, 100% of students got summer internships, and the highest stipend offered to SOIL Gurgaon students was Rs. 80,000 per month.

According to SOIL Institute of Management placements 2023, the highest package and average package offered to PGDM students were Rs. 19.3 LPA and Rs. 10.3 LPA, respectively. However, SOIL Institute of Management highest package and average for PGPM students stood at Rs. 18.5 LPA and Rs. 11.5 LPA. SOIL Gurgaon Placement Process 2025

The CMS team determines student interests based on prior experience and domain knowledge.
CMS organises workshops for students to discover career interests.
Preparatory exercises for recruitment begin on the first day of campus with CMS and Placement Committee support.
Based on student interests, companies are invited to campus each year.
Companies interact with students, presenting about the company, job profile, compensation, and location. Students prepare relevant questions.
After PPT, CMS releases job descriptions; students apply based on their interests and job requirements via the career portal.
Pre-interview rounds include group discussions, written ability tests, or psychometric tests, with requirements communicated in advance.
CMS organises sessions to prepare students for the pre-interview phase.
After passing pre-interviews, students undergo final interviews, which may have multiple rounds, each lasting 40 minutes, assessing leadership, business, and technical skills.

Is it worth doing PGPM 1 year program from school of inspired leadership (SOIL)?what is the average package?

Hello Puneet,

School of inspired leadership is a good institute for pursuing PGDM program.

It has individual development program which generally focus on career development programs.

It is known for providing highly personalized experience to the students.

The placement records are also good there.

The average normal package is 9.5 lacs per annum for MBA graduates.

1 YEAR PGPHRL COURSE IS GOOD FOR FRESHER OR NOT

Hi Sibika,

The SOIL programmes are rather fresh and extremely industry oriented. In HR, their main thrust areas are not just traditional topics such as Manpower planning, Talent management , Performance Management etc but hands-on experience in newer trends such as Competency mapping, HR Analytics, Transformational IR. These courses have good scope in the coming years.

The placements are also decent and so you can definitely consider it if you are a Fresher.

However you can also opt for other HR courses in TISS, DU, XLRI as they have more presence in the market and are more favored by many recruiters.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that SOIL Gurugram is a good private school if you are considering one year MBA. The college has a very good placement record. It is achieving 100% placements records since many years.

The college adopts Individual Learning Plan strategy for the students. It has to be noted that in order to gain admission in this college, one needs to have work experience.
