Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Information Technology is three years full-time undergraduate course and it is degree offered by the University of Mumbai, Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria

A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) Examination conducted by the Maharashtra Board shall be eligible for the course or Students who pass the H.S.C., I.S.C., C.B.S.E., or any other qualifying examination from any Board/University other than Maharashtra Board should obtain the “provisional Eligibility Certificate” from the Registrar, the University of Mumbai.

Admission Details

Admission will be done in F.Y.B.Sc. (IT) purely on the merit basis.

College Infrastructure

Sophia College for Women, Mumbai, has commendable infrastructure. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards and projectors, enhancing the learning experience. The laboratories are well-maintained with the latest equipment, especially in the IT department. The library is extensive with a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources, providing a conducive environment for research and study. The sports center and gym are well-equipped, promoting physical fitness among students. The hostels offer clean living spaces, and the food is hygienic and nutritious.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is good ,but as classrooms are big so it gets a little hot cause if there are more than 60 students it becomes too much crowded and less space to seat comfortably. Labs have AC but they are not big enough for students more than 60.
