However , SMC ( statistics, math and computer science)  and physics, maths , geology also trend ,but does not mean the  earlier course lost its relevance. Admit card is supposed to be with you even after the completion of exam so no need to worry about the admit card. The admit card for any examination is issued by the exam conducting body and it is for you to enter the examination centre without any hindrance. Without an admit card, one is not allowed entry. You need to keep the admit card properly with you so that it will be required in your further admission process. One is not supposed to submit the admit card to the invigilators or coordinators during the exam.

Candidates who will not complete their Internship by May 31 will be eligible to appear for the examination next year. Candidates who wish to apply for NEET PG 2021 must also possess a valid Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any State Medical Council ( SMC )

Dear student, there is a legal dispute between Saraswati charitable trust and Indian Union. The digital signature of Chetan Prakash was not verified duely. This is the first reason behind the dispute. Saraswati charitable trust off Lucknow applied to the ministry of health for in medical college in the name of saraswati medical college at Unnao Uttar Pradesh. What is the format the signature of the main applicant it was not digitally verified. So the dispute arises. For this reason it has not been mentioned in this app.

Actually during the form filling process you just need to upload your photograph and signature. The time of examination you need to carry the photocopy of MCI registration certificate and original screening test pass certificate.

As you have lost your certificate you should directly contact to the the place in where you completed your internship. Hope this will help you

You have not mentioned the exam you are inquiring about which makes it difficult to help you, but if you are not supposed to pay at this stage or have not yet paid, then I think filling a new form shouldn't be a problem. If that doesn't work and the system says that this information has been already filled, then you can contact the respective authorities to raise the query for correction. Had you been clear about the exam, I could have given you a better way out of this but still hope this works for you

Grishna, NBE has stated few fields that you cannot change even during the correction window. They are your Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Photograph, Signature, Email Id, Mobile No#, Exam City and Category. The rest of the fields, you can make changes. Now you may be able to upload the registration license. But do confirm with the helpdesk once at their email id: neetpg@nbe.edu.in (mailto:neetpg@nbe.edu.in) . And also even if you are able to upload the license, you are still fine if you submit the document during document verification, counselling and admission.
