Sreepathy Institute of Management and Technology, Palakkad is dedicated to providing students with opportunities to build their careers. The placement cell conducts a placement drive, wherein different established companies participate and recruit students from the college. Some of the SIMT Palakkad placement activities include seminars, workshops, mock interviews, mock tests, and other activities.

The SIMT Palakkad placement cell also organises workshops and training programmes to help students develop their personalities and learn better skills to ensure employment during the SIMT Palakkad placement process.

• The college's placement cell invites many organisations and companies to its campus to recruit students.  

• The college and visiting groups finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• Interested students need to register for the placement drive and complete the SIMT Palakkad application process.

• To hire the best candidates, the SIMT Palakkad campus is visited by several organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.

• The candidates hired by the companies and organisations receive the standard placement package.
