For DM/M.Ch:

2. Qualify in NEET-SS with the required scores.
3. Register for centralized counseling by MCC.
4. Choose preferred super-specialties and institutes in the course of counseling.
5. If selected, continue to undergo admission at SAMC & PGI.
Degree Wise Admission Process
MBBS: The institute has 250 seats available for the MBBS program. . Admission is based upon the NEET-UG scores and further scheduled with a common counseling system by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) . This course is a 5.5 years' course comprising one year of compulsory internship.
MD/MS: There are 81 seats available for the MD courses of 14 disciplines and 51 seats for the MS courses of 6 disciplines offered by the institute. Admissions are made on the basis of NEET-PG scores. The popular disciplines are General Medicine, Anaesthesiology, General Surgery, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
DM/M.Ch: The institute offers 21 seats in 7 courses of DM and 11 seats in 4 M.Ch. courses. Admission is through NEET-SS and subsequent counseling conducted by the MCC. Specializations are in Cardiology, Neurology Surgical Oncology, and Urology.

Hello garimachourasia4 , If you are from Chhattisgarh and you want admission in Madhya Pradesh medical college then you get admission in only private medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh but not in government colleges because you are not from the home state.
