Sri Kalahasteeswara Institute of Technology (SKIT) is a premier engineering institution based in Chittoor, this institution offers sound engineering education in many areas of study. Admissions in SKIT are conducted mainly through Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET).
