D.El.Ed: The Diploma in Elementary Education is a two-year program for training teachers for primary and upper primary levels. The college has an intake of 50 seats for this course. Admission to the D.El.Ed course is through the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) or through a state-level entrance test as decided by the West Bengal government.
