The College has been giving more importance to Physical Education. TNTEU had conducted Inter-Collegiate Athletic-meet and Indoor games competitions for Education colleges at Coimbatore every year.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The College has taken initiative in spreading computer literacy Computer Education is imparted to B.Ed students. The Computer Laboratory is functioning in an air-conditioned room with 6 Computers and Internet facilities, and all other allied supporting systems required for a well-equipped and advanced Computer Centre.
