Yes there are chances that you can get admission in Venky as if you belong to any minority because along with that you have girl quota also. But in case if you are not able to get through the merit list you can go in different colleges which are good and becoming better day by day for example you can choose Aryabhatta College also which is located in south campus only.

The eligibility criteria for admission in MSc Horticulture program is Bachelor degree of 3-year duration (BSc or equivalent) under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university. Since you satisfy the eligibility criteria you can join the MSc Horticulture course in SV Agriculture College.

To take admission in Sri Venkateswara College of Delhi University, the eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed in 10+2 with the relevant subject and an aggregate of 45% marks for B.Com (Hons.) and 40% marks for B.Com., in the qualifying exam.

if that is the case I am afraid you will not be granted admission
entrances are compulsory for almost all colleges nowadays
not having maths is not an issue per say, but if your course demands it then it may be an issuE
