St. John's College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Yerrakota, is a prestigious college for pharmaceutical studies in Andhra Pradesh. The college provides various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in pharmaceutical sciences. The college largely takes admissions through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) for under-graduates and the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) for post-graduates. GPAT scores are also taken for M.Pharm admissions.
For Pharm.D and B.Pharm courses, AP EAPCET is being organized every year in April/May. Only students who are qualified in MPC (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) as well as in BiPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) groups can apply. Admissions are taken through a proper web counseling system according to AP EAPCET rank.
Application Process
The application procedure for St. John's College of Pharmaceutical Sciences differs according to the course:
For B.Pharm and Pharm.D courses:
1. Attend the AP EAPCET exam held by the Andhra Pradesh State Government in April/May.
2. Get the rank card once the results are declared.
3. Apply for the web counseling process organized by the AP EAPCET Convener.
4. Select St. John's College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the preferred course during the counseling process.
5. If a seat is allotted, attend the college for document verification and admission procedures.
For M.Pharm courses:

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharm: St. John's College has an approved intake of 100 for the 4-year B.Pharm course. The admission is made as per AP EAPCET rank. Candidates eligible to apply should have passed both MPC and BiPC groups. Under the web counseling procedure, the students can select the desired college and course according to their rank.
M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics): There are 15 sanctioned seats in this postgraduate course. Admission is done based on GPAT scores and AP PGECET ranks. Web counseling is done by the Convener APPGECET, reserving seats in favor of GPAT-qualified candidates first, then AP PGECET rank holders.
M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis): This specialization also has 15 sanctioned seats. The same process of admission is followed, based on GPAT scores and AP PGECET ranks via web counseling.
Pharm.D: The 6-year Doctor of Pharmacy course has 30 seats. Admissions are on the basis of AP EAPCET ranks, just like the B.Pharm course. Both MPC and BiPC group students can apply.
