Hii there, to get admission in St. John's Medical College, you must do KEA counselling afte qualifying NEET and PGET respectively. In 2019, the cutoff for MBBS closing rank was 34157. In 2018, the closing rank was 65297. So it differs from year to year, maje sure you apply to the counselling and follow all the procedures accordingly. Hope it helps.

I'm extremely sorry to tell you dear but wi th 273 marks in NEET examination you can not be able to get a government medical college for MBBS but you can get management quota seats in private medical college

Their are two quotas which are applicable in the mentioned colleges,i.e, Management quota and Open Quota.
Management quota has fees of approximately 30 lakhs +per year in the above colleges and the cutoff is around 200 marks.
Open quota has fees of around 8 lakhs per year and the cutoff is around 560 marks.
Fees is paid annualy only.
