For the NEET PG 2024, eligibility criteria indicated that:

1. You must have completed your MBBS degree and must have received your provisional or permanent pass certificate before the date of NEET PG.

2. You must have completed your mandatory internship on or before March 31, 2024 to be eligible for the examination.

Since you obtained your provisional certificate on February 20, 2024 , and assuming that you have completed your internship before the stipulated time, you would be eligible to appear for the NEET PG examination.
