The college Provides a hostel facility for the outstation boys in the town. The boys are accommodated in private hostels with a homely atmosphere. Separate Hostels for boys have been provided with spacious and well-furnished Rooms.

Healthcare facilities are available round the clock at the SRTIST Health Centre. It has a consultation room and a pharmacy. One full-time doctor and a part-time doctor are employed to render 24 hours service, with support from a staff nurse. All treatment, consultation & medicines including lab investigations are done free of cost for all students, staff & staff dependents.

A state-of-the-art gym with modern, imported equipment. All the above games have sports equipment of International standard & are accessible to all students, who may be interested in improving their health as well as to all those who are interested in participating in sports competitions.

The college has a well-established library with books of various disciplines and is being continuously expanded by procuring the latest books every year. It has well ventilated vast reading section. This library has 6094 titles and over 47938 volumes. It is also equipped with important journals and essential study materials. It has a subscription for 132 National and 218 International Journals. In addition to these, it has 300 e-journals. To fulfill the commitment of providing every student and teacher with access to the latest and advanced Information on scientific and technological breakthroughs, the Digital Library facility is provided. Through Digital Library one can have quick and ready access to various national and international Science Journals and other Resources and browse through all the information at the rate of 4 Mbps. More than 2000 international journals are available in the Digital Library.

Sport is an integral part of the curriculum, various sports facility is provided to the students on the campus. The college is committed to creating a balanced atmosphere of academic, cultural, and sports activities for the overall personality development of its students. Various sports competitions such as interdepartmental, Intercollegiate, Inter-University, etc help in developing team spirit in students. Their interpersonal relationship is enhanced in a very healthy manner. Students are provided with honors like medals, trophies, and certificates. The following facilities are available for Games and Sports: Cricket Ground, Basket Ball Court, One Tennis Court, Volley Ball Court, Badminton Court, Two Table Tennis Tables (Indoor).

The college students have unrestricted, round-the-clock access to air-conditioned computer laboratories equipped with structured fiber optic and UTP cabling networks and other relevant software. The students are privileged to have access to state-of-the-art computer laboratories, which are home to over 700 computers (HCL, HP & Zenith make), 10 servers, 25 printers with a dedicated network. The Overall ratio of computers to students is nearly more than the number recommended.

Extra care in providing hygienic and nutritive food at subsidized rates in its cafeteria. So, with doubled stamina, students continue their academic discussions, career plans, and spicy chats in the excellent insides of the cafeteria setting themselves free from the inevitable spells of fatigue.

SRTIST provide its student's exposure to national and international knowledge experts, through regular national and international seminars, conferences/symposia, and workshops hosted on campus. It is with this view that a wide choice of modern conference facilities has been meticulously planned and incorporated into the campus.

A fleet of 22 brisk and luxurious buses ply from all corners of Nalgonda, Mirylaguda, Nakrekal, Chitral, Chandur, and Nagarjuna Sagar to College making commutation easy and enjoyable. The bus facility is provided at a nominal fare for students and the faculty is privileged to travel nominal cost. Student bus passes are issued in the college by the APSRTC authorities every month.

The college has the distinction of producing engineers par excellence right from its inception. The Alumni who passed out from this Institution have not forgotten their alma mater but are part of the alumni association. In order to bring them together, a database pertaining to the alumni has been created and is being constantly upgraded. It is intended that by interaction through cyber networking the alumni may know the whereabouts of batch mates, benefits from the placement cell wherein vacancies or opportunities, as the case may be, are utilized, contribute to or gain from the creation of a knowledge bank and be encouraged to interact and participate in discussions. Such a database helps identify potential sources among alumni who may be willing to render useful services to the institute. Thus the alumni association becomes a common platform for the alumni to meet, interact and share views on matters of common interests.

All the laboratories of the Department are well equipped to fully satisfy the training of the students and to meet the research, consultancy requirements of the Department. The Department is conducting seminars, workshops, and conferences on the latest developments.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
