Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi has good infrastructural support. SSNC Delhi has a library that has a wide range of books, magazines, journals, etc. It has a medical room to provide medical in any kind of mishappening or medical emergency. The cafeteria is hygienically maintained and the rates are quite reasonable and the Canteen Committee takes care of the cafeteria. Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi has a separate Girl’s Common Room that is commonplace for the girls to gather and refresh their minds. The computer lab takes care of all the computational requirements. The facilities of Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi are listed below:

Medical Room - Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi has a Medical Room that looks after the medical requirements and it has a fully trained nurse that provides medical aid in case of a medical emergency.
Library - SSNC Delhi has a well-stocked library which is an ideal place for book lovers. The library also has a variety of reference books in subjects like Botany, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Political Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, History, Microbiology, Business Studies, etc.
Cafeteria - Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi has a cafeteria that caters to the food requirement of the members of the students and promotes healthy eating. The canteen is maintained by the Canteen Committee of the institute and the prices are also fixed by the committee.
Girl’s Common Room - This Common Room of SSNC Delhi is for girls where they can spend their free time and hang out with their girl’s gang. The room is air-conditioned and has all the necessary facilities and makes it provides a friendly ambiance to its users.
Computer Lab - Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi has a computer lab that provides an online platform for payment of fees, online assessments, etc., and all the computational needs are fulfilled by the computer lab.

Medical/Hospital
The college has a well-equipped medical room with a fully trained nurse, Ms. Nisha, to provide necessary first aid to the students in a time of emergency. We also organized health check camps from time to time. Health advisory on the prevention of various illnesses like Corona Virus, Swine flu, dengue, etc. is also a regular feature. Students will be provided first aid only on the premises in case of medical problems. In case of emergency, the college shall only inform the parents telephonically and Parents will be expected to reach the college at the earliest.
Library
The College Library is a responsive, learning, and continuously evolving organization. It encourages students to have a sense of commitment, to contribute to national development, and respect for diversities in religion, language, culture, ethnicity, lifestyle, and habitat.
I.T Infrastructure
The College has 4 Computer Labs in the college (2 each in the Old Campus and New Campus). The Computer science labs of the college are equipped with internet facilities for both staff and students for teaching as well as research purposes. The class rooms are equipped with LCD projectors for teaching purposes.
The 4 Computer Labs comprise around 100 computer systems. Labs are equipped with LCD projectors and internet connectivity. Latest software like Python, R, Oracle, Mathematica, .NET, and Microsoft Flash are also installed.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
Sports
The college presently has its own lush green playground, where regular sports and games are conducted from time to time. They have a facility for indoor games such as chess, badminton, and outdoor facilities for cricket, football, hockey, kabaddi, volleyball, and basketball.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The prices of the food items are fixed by the college Canteen committee and are easily affordable for the students. The quality of food items is regularly monitored by the committee.
Laboratories
The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. Four well-furnished and adequately equipped laboratories to conduct all kinds of practices.
Banks/ATMs
The college has Banks/ATM facilities for all students. To provide a banking facility for the students and staff, established a branch of ABI inside the college campus. To make banking easier for our students, the branch provides a minimum balance student a/c facility along with a passbook and ATM for SSNC students. Students can avail of this facility by submitting a bona fide form duly signed by the authority.

College Infrastructure

College Infrastructure

College has it’s own library but the library hours are very less. If we compare the hostel and the PGs, the hostel has better options with the fees being less than that of the PG, also they provide good quality of food.

College Infrastructure

Swami shraddhanand college, part of the university of delhi has a mixed infrastructure. The new campus has better facilities with wifi , clean classrooms and a playground for sports like football and volleyball. Overall the college provides a decent education but it's infrastructure and facilities need significant improvement to match the standards of other prominent DU colleges.

Dear Student,

The admission to BSc Hons. Chemistry course in DU ( Delhi University ) is totally based on your class 12th marks. An aggregate of 60% or more marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% or more marks in English is required for admission. And also, while filling the application form for BSc , you have to fill the aggregate percentage there. Your ranking will be based on your class 12th marks.
