The College has a sick room with all necessary medical facilities and practitioners available on call.

The college library is well stocked with the latest editions of textbooks, journals, reference books, encyclopedias, standards, periodicals, educational CDs, and audio and video CDs spanning the entire spectrum of Architectural subjects. The Library provides a reference book section along with issuing.

The college has a recreation room equipped with facilities for indoor games. The rooms provide ample scope for recreation and rest. To supplement the indoor sports activity, we have a sports ground that provides a facility to play cricket, basketball, volleyball, and football.
- I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent computing and hardware infrastructure and laboratories. It is equipped with the latest computers with all the required software, printers, scanners & high-speed ISDN internet connection. It has exclusive HCL & DELL hardware, structured networking, and a server system. The entire campus is under CC TV surveillance.
- Cafeteria
The college has a cafeteria that is a hub for informal discussions debates and the exchange of ideas which is the quintessential part of life at TSAP. The spacious and clean cafeteria on campus ensures quality food is made available at affordable prices. It provides a hygienic and ideal ambiance which is a vital force to induce a sense of belonging and bonding among peers.
- Auditorium
The college has a state-of-the-art 700-seater auditorium equipped with modern lighting and the sound system is on the campus.
- Classrooms
The college classrooms are well equipped with all modern equipment and fixtures. To Achieve Excellence in being fully air-conditioned and have all Architectural Education necessary teaching aids like LCD and Internet facility with LAN supported system for practical teaching. The spacious classrooms are designed to provide a comfortable ambiance for effective teaching and learning.

Sorry but Thakur school of Architecture and planning doesn't offer diploma in Architecture after 10th std.
The college only offers bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) and the cost for the same is 1.91 lacs per year and the eligibility criteria for B. Arch is the candidate must have passed 10+2 with atleast 50% aggregates.
