Admission to the hostel is given on a first come first serve basis. The boy's hostel works under the supervision of the First Lady of Trust Mrs. Suman Sharma.

The College has a hospital adjoining the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, where adequate treatment is provided to students, staff & Locals free of cost.

The College has a well-ventilated and updated Library with over 4000 books, and current and back issues of National/International journals of repute, including abstracts. The library is updated every year. The library subscribes to magazines, newspapers, and journals relating to topics of general nature and the Specialized fields of science.

The College has sports activities, the students are divided into different houses viz.; Mars, Neptune, Jupiter, Venus, Mercury, Saturn, etc. Every group is led by a team of teachers who devise a roaster for competitions between the houses in football, hockey, cricket, volleyball, and other sports.
