The Universal Institute of Engineering and Technology offers admission to B.E/B.Tech courses in five different specilaisations. Universal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mohali B.E/B. Tech admissions are offered for four years which is divided into eight semesters. Diploma holders are given direct UIET Mohali admission into the BE/BTech programme.

UIET Mohali BE/BTech Admission Process 2025

• Students applying to UIET Mohali BE/BTech courses should fulfil the UIET Mohali admission requirements of the course. 

• UIET Mohali admission to the BE/BTech course is based on the performance of the candidate in the JEE Main entrance examination.

• Eligible students must meet the UIET Mohali cut-off as prescribed by the authorities. 

• The UIET Mohali merit list of the selected candidates and provisional UIET Mohali seat allotment is based on the scores of the entrance examination.

• The selected candidates are required to appear for the document verification process. 

• The UIET Mohali admission is confirmed after payment of tuition fees.

The Universal Institute of Engineering and Technology provides admission to ME/MTech courses and MBA courses at the postgraduate level. Universal Institute of Engineering and Technology Mohali PG admissions are offered for two years which is divided into four semesters.

• UIET Mohali admission to the ME/MTech course is based on the merit of the qualifying examination.

• The UIET Mohali merit list of the candidates is based on their scores on the qualifying examination. 

• Contingent to fulfilling the conditions set forth by the UIET Mohali admission committee, students are allotted seats during the UIET Mohali counselling process. 

• Final UIET Mohali seat allotment is done after verification of original documents.

• The UIET Mohali admission process is complete after payment of fees.

UIET  Mohali MBA Admission Process 2025

• Applicants applying for UIET Mohali admission to the MBA course must meet the UIET Mohali eligibility criteria.

• Admission to the Universal Institute of Engineering and Technology Mohali MBA programme is based on entrance test score, percentage of graduation and performance of the candidate in group discussion/personal interview.

• Students who meet the UIET Mohali eligibility criteria should register themselves for the UIET Mohali counselling process.

• The institute provides UIET Mohali admission to two-thirds of the seats through PTU counselling and one-third of the seats are filled by management quota.

• The UIET Mohali merit list of the candidates is prepared on a composite score of test scores, marks in qualifying examination and GD/PI.
