UIET Kurukshetra Facilities

University Institute of Engineering and Technology Kurukshetra provides many facilities for the students, university staff, and faculty members. UIET Kurukshetra facilities include boys hostel, girls hostel, library, sports, medical clinic, wi-fi, IT infrastructure, etc. The UIET Kurukshetra provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls students.

UIET Kurukshetra facilities have a central library, which has a vast collection of resources. Both indoor and outdoor games are available in the university sports department. The on-campus medical clinic provides free first-aid treatment to the students, staff and faculty members. The entire campus is enabled with high-speed internet.

Boys Hostel
UIET Kurukshetra boys hostel facilities include aquaguard, geyser, water cooler, TV, wi-fi. The hostels also have a well-furnished common room.
Girls Hostel
The university girls hostels have all the basic facilities like water, electricity, furniture, appliances, etc. The hostels are enabled with wi-fi. A common room and recreational facilities like TV are also available.
Medical/Hospital
UIET Kurukshetra has an on-campus medical clinic and provides the first-aid treatment.
Library
University Institute of Engineering and Technology Kurukshetra library facilities include textbooks, reference books, journals, periodicals, CD ROMs, etc. The library uses open access system for ease of access to students and faculty members.
Sports
The university has both indoor and outdoor games like chess, carrom, badminton, table tennis, tennis, cricket, basketball, volleyball, football, etc. Fields are maintained especially for outdoor games.
I.T Infrastructure
The networking of the campus is controlled and managed by the university IT infrastructure. The computer labs are equipped with the latest computers, connected with high-speed internet.
Wifi
The entire campus is enabled with wi-fi. Students and faculty members can access the internet facility for free.

College Infrastructure

Likes Our college provides good Wi-Fi facility and fully air-conditioned labs with good facilities of computers. Hostels are also great and the quality of food available in the mess and canteen is awesome Dislikes They are good, but the food available in the hostel mess is not much good.

Overall very good experience.

College Infrastructure

The faculty members of the campus are very supportive and the canteen is also available for the students with good staff. Infrastructure for the students is best because it provides all the basic faculty members like Wi-Fi, labs, libraries, reading rooms, etc. for the students.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is not so much well maintained.Benches are good for sitting but some lab equipments are not available,cleaning is also not done on regular basis.Classrooms are non smart with fan non ac.

how many number in class 12 is required to get admission in uiet chandigarh . on official website of uiet the eligibility is just to get pass in class 12 . But on some website it is given that the eligibility is 60 percent . can you please this from the institute.

The eligibility criteria for BE to get admission into UIET Chandigarh is that candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least five subjects, including Hindi, English, Punjabi, Physics, and Mathematics. Some websites do suggest the minimum percentage however, that's not official, the recommended percentage however will be to get about 90% as a safe score to get admitted.
