Eligibility for b.e ece-

Admission is done on the basis of jee main.

Since admision in course are done on the basis of jee main you have to qualify jee main cut off for the university to get admission in ece branch, since there is no any sport reservation in jee you cannot get admission on basis of that. You can try state university or college of Chandigarh . state university and colleges have reservation for sportspersons.
Since you have played at state level there is high chance that you will be shortlisted in any good state university and college.

There is reservation under other backward caste in University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Panjab University. The admission to undergraduate BE course is done on the basis of JEE score and the cut off is released category wise.
