Utkal Gourav Madhusudan Institute of Technology, Rayagada has a placement cell that offers students assistance in getting placed once their course is over. Students of UGMIT get placed with prestigious companies such as Victoria Industries, JK Paper Mill, Tata Motors, Infosys, Yokohama Tyres and many more. The Training and Placement Cell takes care of the placements of the students of UGMIT Rayagada at college levels as well as through the Central Placement Cell(CPC), Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Cuttack. The UGMIT Rayagada Training and Placement Cell conducts Training classes including reasoning and aptitude training. The placement cell also conducts seminars by industry experts for the benefit of the students and to give them exposure to the industry.
