  2. MD Agadatantra (4 seats)
  3. MD Dravyadunavignan (4 seats)
  4. MD Panchakarma (4 seats)
  5. MD Swasthavritha (3 seats)
  6. MD Salyatantra (3 seats)
  7. MD Samhitha Sidhantha and Sanskrit (3 seats)

To apply for the MD programs, the candidates must have an undergraduate degree that is equivalent to BAMS.

Post Graduate Diploma: The college also conducts Post Graduate Diploma courses. These include:

  1. PGD Manovigyan Avum Manas Roga (3 seats)
  2. PGD Dravyagunavijnan (3 seats)
  3. PGD Panchakarma (2 seats)
  4. PGD Swasthavritha (2 seats)

Admission to PGD programs might be on merit and/or the performance of candidates on qualifying examination or an entrance test conducted by the college.
