Veerayatan Institute of Pharmacy, Kutch, provides an extensive admission process for prospective pharmacy students. The Pharmacy Council of India-approved institute offers diverse courses in pharmacy on its 7-acre campus.
The intake season for Veerayatan Institute of Pharmacy normally follows the academic year, which normally commences in August-September. The institute makes its undergraduate admissions on the basis of the results of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET), usually held in March. Application Process
Application to Veerayatan Institute of Pharmacy depends upon the program:
For B.Pharma:
1. Appear for the GUJCET examination.
2. After the declaration of GUJCET result, shortlisted candidates can apply through the centralized admission process organized by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat.
3. Complete the online application form on the ACPC website.
4. Upload mandatory documents, such as GUJCET score card, 10+2 mark sheet, and other mandatory certificates.
5. Pay application fee as stipulated by ACPC.
6. Wait for the merit list published by ACPC.
7. If chosen, appear at Veerayatan Institute of Pharmacy for document verification and payment of fees.
For M.Pharma courses (Quality Assurance and Pharmaceutical Technology):
1. Attend GPAT or Gujarat PGCET exam.
2. After the announcement of results, log in to the official website of Veerayatan Institute of Pharmacy.
3. Submit the online application form for the chosen M.Pharma course.
4. Upload the documents needed, such as GPAT/PGCET score card, B.Pharma degree certificate, mark sheets, and other documents as required.
5. Pay the application fee as indicated by the institute.
6. Wait for the institute to publish the merit list.
7. If selected, present yourself at the institute for document verification and admission formalities.
Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: Veerayatan Institute of Pharmacy provides a 4-year B.Pharma course with an intake of 60 students. The admission is strictly on the basis of GUJCET merit. Students with 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology are eligible for application. The fee for the entire B.Pharma course is Rs 264,000.
M.Pharma Quality Assurance: It is a 2-year postgraduate degree with 9 seats. Admissions are according to GPAT or Gujarat PGCET. The candidate must hold a degree in B.Pharma. Fee for the course is Rs 208,000.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Technology: Another 2-year postgraduate program with 9 seats. Similar to the Quality Assurance program, the candidate can take admission based on GPAT or Gujarat PGCET score, and must hold a B.Pharma degree. The program fee for this one is also Rs 208,000.
