Cut off for different couses in different branches are different though before the announcement of opening and closing by the offcial authorities we can't be certain about them as every years cut off stats is completely different from the previous one as cut off may depend upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends. But if we talk about previous years cut off for Chennai Branch last year the last closing rank that is 55000 was for fashion technology and in 2016 the last closing rank was 39500 so there are chances you may get admission into Chennai branch but there is no option of you getting top branches. So go into councelling and se what you get.

definately you will get chennai and vellore as well but you cant get IT and CSE in Chennai while you can get any of the desried branch in chennai

with the rank you mention you can get fashion engineering and production and civil as well but you cant get any core branches

you will not get electronics & communication with this rank inspite of this 50% you have chances of getting electronics and computers while you have high chances getting in Bhopal and Amaravthi campuses.

but you can  get seat in chennai for other branches like production and fashion with your ranks
