Eligibility Criteria
For Integrated M.Tech. Programs The aggregate marks obtained in the subjects in +2 (or its equivalent) put together should be 55% in PCM for the following categories:
- The Qualifying Marks is relaxed by 10% i.e. 55% in PCM for applicants belong to SC/ST and applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura.
- Applicants belonging to SC/ST category should submit a community certificate.
Admission Details
Applications are processed in the order of merit, based on the aggregate of marks (rounded to 2 decimal points) secured in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the +2 / Higher Secondary & Intermediate Examination.

The infrastructure of vit is awesome in every way. The campus has central digital library with state-of--art infrastructure to the international standards which spreads over to four floors. Coming to lab ,they have lab for many fields and a well equipped class rooms
