Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science Indore has a medical centre inside the campus with nurses and a doctor who visits campus weekly and during emergencies. The college also has a first aid facility.

The college has a library facility for all students. Engineering & Management requires in-depth study and books are a constant companion. The college has sports facilities for all students. Vindhya has a well-developed infrastructure for both indoor and outdoor sports for the development of a healthy mind in a healthy body. Vindhya has vast playgrounds for outdoor sports like basketball, volleyball, Cricket, Football, Hockey, etc. In Indoor Sports we have Table-Tennis, carom, Chess, etc. Vindhya also organises various sports competitions from time to time.
