Vyas Institute of Management, Jodhpur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The students are required to be resident of Institute hostels. Hostel environment along with with available amenities play a very important role in students overall development during his/her stay at the campus. A team of two wardens in each hostel, one Warden-in-charge and the other mess-in-charge take care of hostel related matters. Hostels are thoughtfully designed within the campus. Separate Hostel Blocks are available for boys with adequate open space and garden around them both the block have reading rooms with T.V. and mess facilities. The Management keeps strict control over hygiene and quality of food served. Adequate security arrangements have been made to ensure the student’s safety. Hostels are closely monitored by the residential warden. Each room accommodates three students. Furniture, Mattresses, and curtains are provided. There are fully equipped common rooms in each hostel for the leisure time of students. A mess facility, laundry service, a cafeteria, std booth, and general store is there meet various needs of the students. The students are required to maintain the discipline and are supported to follow the rules and Regulations. There are green gardens to play, sit and take in the garden for students. VIET have kept in mind for lodging of outsiders who become part of our family. In these hostels, management is keen to provide a facilitated atmosphere where students are provided beds, fans, electricity as well as water facility. In winter season students are provided heaters and hot water for bathing purpose and coolers in summers. They are provided their separate cupboards.

The Campus hospital was commissioned in 2009 to provide the much-needed specialty health Care for residents of Jodhpur and nearby towns. The hospital has state of the art technology, with round the clock patient care in 100 beds spread over a dozen branches of health care. following Specialty Departments: General Medicine, General Surgery, Dental Surgery. The health care center facilities for the students are provided by Vyas Institutes of Higher Education, a multi-facility 24/7 hospital inside the (Educational Institutions) campus, which provides treatment at free of cost.

The libraries are well equipped and updated with the latest books. We have more than 80000 books reserved especially for our engineering students. Students can use these facilities at any time of the day. After the commencement of the classes, students have to apply for Library cards to access these books. Dwelling on new digital initiatives the Central Library Resource Centre caters to the academic interests of the student and faculty community at Vyas Institutes. It has More Than 80,000 Books 787 Print Periodicals Over 2376 videos 109 Online Database More 700 online Journals & Books Digital Library with 4700 Electronic media like CDs.

The college playground is always bubbling with outdoor activities like Cricket, Football, and Tug of War, etc. There are courts for Volley-ball and Basketball too. Besides the indoor game facilities available in the student's hostels, there stands a beautiful architectural Centre, an Indoor gymnasium, with the latest equipment, etc. The indoor ground provides Table-tennis, Badminton facilities. Every year, inter-college cricket and football tournaments are conducted in the college. The students of the college also participate in various sports and games competitions elsewhere to represent the college. We encourage our students to participate in sports. A number of playgrounds and courts are available for regular practice. Expert coaching is provided for promising athletes/sportspersons. But even as a sport is encouraged, it is ensured that academic excellence is not compromised in any way. The College also offers facilities for cricket. A Cricket Academy was founded for aspiring cricketers. It was inaugurated by an international cricketer, Munaf Patel. Boys & Girls also participate in almost all sports enthusiastically.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure for the students.

The cafeteria is one of the favorite hangouts of students on the campus. It serves a variety of sweets, snacks, beverages, cool drinks, soups, so on and so forth. It is a place where one gets refreshed as well as gets refreshments! Students and staff can get healthy and nutritious food in the college canteen. High levels of hygienic nutrition food are made possible through facilities like steam cooking, cold storage, etc, in the kitchen.

The college has its own mini theatre, where students groom them interpersonal skills through seminar, conferences, workshops and cultural activities. Hoteliers can watch movies every weekend.

The transport facility to its students through a fleet of buses, covering almost all major landmarks in Jodhpur and Pali. The College runs 52 buses for this purpose. This Facility is available for all students. However students are required to apply for the same at least 15 days before the start of session. Students can board a bus after showing the bus pass to the bus in-charge, which will be issued to him/her in advance after the deposition of the transportation fee.

The college has Gym facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
