Admission to the course is on the basis of the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. Candidates should have obtained a minimum percentage as stipulated by the Indian Nursing Council and the Kerala Nursing Council.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This 2-year course has an approved intake of 10 seats. It is meant for registered nurses who want to enhance their qualifications. Applicants should have passed a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and hold a valid registration as a nurse and midwife.

M.Sc Nursing: Westfort College of Nursing provides five specializations in M.Sc Nursing, each with an approved intake of 2 seats. 

The specializations are:

1. M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing

3. M.Sc Paediatric Nursing
4. M.Sc Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing
