Hi.

I can only assume you are referring to CSAB Spot Rounds conducted for JEE Aspirants.

YES , you can participate in SPOT Round if you have forfeited the seat. However, SPOT Rounds are highly volatile, the institute of your choice may or may not participate in CSAB Rounds which depends on seat availability. To be ready for CSAB please read the CSAB Business Rules document which will soon be available on this website (https://csab.nic.in/WebInfo/Page/Page?PageId=2&LangId=P) .
