Please elaborate your question. Are you talking about UPSEE Counselling or UP NEET Counselling?

If I talk about UP NEET Counselling then If you got any seat in Round 1 then you can report to Allotted College and you can file willingness for Upgradation to participate in Round 2 Counselling.

Registration Fee and Counselling Security Money is Payable only once during the beginning of Counselling.

If you take admission in any allotted college of both Round 1 or Round 2, your Counselling Security deposit will be adjusted with your 1st year Tution Fee of Medical College.
