The details on your 10th Marksheet is considered to be original for the whole life of a student. Even if you have got full name of your father on your Income certificate, then also the father's name in the 10th Marksheet is final. So, write your father name which is mentioned in 10th Marksheet. No effect would be there on your scholarship.

But don't take any risk and I'm suggesting you to correct your father's name by contacting your school's principal or change it in your Income certificate.
