Is there any dress code in iet lucknow for btech?

Well, there is no dress code for B.Tech in IET Lucknow. But I will suggest that dress up smartly always as long as you can. Because eventually as you will get along with the later years of engineering, you will realize that most of the times you will want to simply go to lectures in simple lower and shirts. So my suggestion is that as long as you are not being tapped by this feeling, dress up smartly, and you will see the change in yourself. But dressing up smartly doesn’t mean going for brands and expensive ones. Live your college life as a student, just a normal life, with minimal needs.

Yes there is a dress code. one needs to wear a salwar kurti if you are a girl and if boy then trousers and shirt . Uptu's govt and semi govt colleges are all having dress codes and those are almost this. YOu may not like the colour but you have to carry it on as per the rules atleast for 1 year.
