Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University was established in 1964 to encourage and inculcate vested interest in the field of Agricultural Sciences among the students. NG Ranga University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D courses in varied areas of study with different specialisations. 

NG Ranga University offers B.Sc Hons, M.Sc, and Ph.D programmes in various specialisations. Centrally sponsored schemes and stipends from the state are given to eligible merit students to meet the financial needs of the students throughout the academic year. Jaganna Vasathi Deevena (Maintenance Fee)

There is a separate building for community science known as the college of community science. They have smart boards and AC in just first year classroom. Library is very small with no proper reading area. However laboratories are quite decent. There is just one hostel for students, that too only for girls. There too no cupboards for keeping your stuff in 2nd and 3rd year, and unlike mentioned in there website there's no wifi in hostel and poor entertainment facilities.

If you have reservation like sc or st then you might have chances better in getting the seat beacuse the seats are very less mean 800 approximately so maintain patience and wait till last round you will get the seat in your preferred college.
