The university has a hostel facility for boys. It has well-furnished rooms ensuring the comfort of the students. There is also a mess facility for students residing in the hostel premises. Additionally, the hostel is well-equipped with all items for the comfort of the students. With this, the Aliah university ensures that the students have a comfortable stay in the university. The students are decided for the hostel on a merit basis. At present, the University has 1 one G+19 Boys’ Hostel with accommodation for 627 boarders  Hostel with accommodation for 432 boarders.

The university has a hostel facility for girls. The rooms are well-furnished making the stay comfortable for female students. Mess facility is also available for female students Additionally, the hostel is well-equipped with all items for the comfort of the students. At present, the University has one G+13 Girls’ Hostel with accommodation for 432 boarders Park Circus Campus has a G+9 Hostel for Girls that has accommodation capacity for 216 girl students.

The University Library has rich resources in different disciplines and provides comprehensive access to books, journals, magazines, reports, e-journal/online databases, ebooks, and dissertations to scholars, students, officers, and nonteaching staff. The Newtown Library deals with Engineering & Technology, Management, Pure Science and Biological Sciences collection while the Park Circus library covers the collection on Humanities, Social Science, Nursing, Law, Education, etc. The oldest library situated at the Taltala campus has books on Islamic Theology. Both Campuses, New Town, and Park Circus libraries are automated libraries and have RFID facilities for their users. 

The university also provides students with good sporting facilities. They have many options to choose from. For this, the university also offers many sports grounds for outdoor activities. It supports many indoor and outdoor sports facilities and is equipped with all the modern facilities to practice and better their skill.

The University also provides its students with a computer center. It has 112 terminals with an uninterrupted internet facility. This is to ensure that the students can get complete technical support from the university for any technological help.

The university also provides an uninterrupted internet facility to every part of the university campus. In this view, the university has over 1100 ports for the network facilities all over the campus area. The network quality is good because of the use of 10Mbps constant speed throughout the campus area.

The university also provides a gymnasium that has all the modern pieces of equipment. The students can easily get a subscription to the gym, which is facilitated with all the modern equipment. It also contains many other indoor sports.

The University has a big auditorium that is spacious to hold many events and seminars. With this, the students can be a part of the events and can attend the workshops and seminars that the university holds time and again for their benefit.
