I loved the infrastructure of my undergraduate college, it was a serene place located just in front of the hills. Our Campus was huge and was the best place to study and hang. All facilities are available.
Academics wise it was good and as good as most of the other engineering colleges. Lectures, staffs were all experienced and well trained in their specialties, which made my learning experience hassle free.
Placements were average, because i feel lot more technical and IT based jobs can be brought into. We can’t entirely blame the college as many students crack the placements bit don’t join the job later.
The infrastructure here is remarkable, with specialized labs for pharmaceutical studies and biotechnology. The classrooms are designed for interactive learning, and the library is rich in resources. The campus is well-maintained, with plenty of spaces for study and recreation.
The academics here are rigorous, with a curriculum designed to provide a deep understanding of pharmacy and biotechnology. Faculty members are experienced researchers who bring real-world knowledge into the classroom. The program’s focus on lab work enhances practical learning.
Placement opportunities are abundant, with top pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms visiting the campus regularly. The placement cell offers extensive support, helping students with interview preparation and resume building. The placement rate is consistently high, with good salary packages.
The infrastructure of the university is upto level but it lacks many equipments in the lab. I couldn't say about other departments, in Food Science department many instrument sare non-functional. Along with that university doesn't have facilities for Nutritional analysis of the foods. So, students have to do from outside labs. The campus was huge and its library is unlikely good. It is hygienic and clean. But the availability of latest edition of books is rare. Classrooms are small sized, not spacious. But tidy. The bathrooms are clean too. There are many space outside the building, inside the campus for study and eating. The auditorium is large to accommodate 4k students. Overall, it is good.
When it comes to academics it is great. The faculties are well qualified and engaging. They help the students to take part actively in conferences, workshops and other things. But few faculties are egoist to embarrass you in front of other.
University has its placement cells from where it provides job opportunities to students. But all the jobs are local and sometimes not relevant to the field. The package of the jobs are mediore. So it is better for local students.
It takes good amount of fees from students. Although, it has facilities to approve state schemes scholarships, si students have to pay less from the actual amount. But for outside students, it is not beneficial.
Campus was pretty large and it has given liberty to everyone to use the Campus in their way.
The university is good for local students.
Yes our college had all necessary infrastructure and the campus was in secular place bit out from town. Transportation is bit hassle for the students. Classrooms are good and labs have all materials for practical session.
I took electronics and communication engineering and studied. There was lots of practical experience using all the machines and equipments, which made our study easier. Staffs made sure we register well.
Placement is not an highlight i would say. But the college does it's best to bring companies for campus placements. The placement staffs and the dean help the students achieve their dream. I feel like ECE for girls is bit hard, my personal opinion career wise.
My college had most basic facilities like auditorium in outdoor that can occupy about 2000-3000 students. One of the oldest college. Hostel is authentic, serves only vegetarian food. Laboratories are good.
I did my Electronics and communication engineering here. I didn't have any interest in any other course. My study throughout the course was good experience. Teachers taught in very keen manner, easy to grasp.
Placement was organised in very good way. Many companies came. I too cracked a BPO job nearby. But unfortunately I couldn't join since my family didn't support. The college did their best to help get the students placed.
We stayed in college hostel which is serene and enjoyable, it's completely girls college. Hostel has warden and doctor visits two days once. Classrooms are neat and tidy. Sports areas are there for each sport.
I completely enjoyed my course, I did food processing and preservation technology engineering. I somehow like being around food items and ingredients. Staffs are very intelligent and teaches in depth. Practical sessions were too good.
Placement is comparatively harder, since it's a developing field. But commercial wise if we go there are lot of companies and brands. Placement was good and the cell guided us. Some even started their own entrepreneur path.
Campus was huge encompassing all courses. Huge laboratories with all equipments maintained cleanly. Library is a peace heaven to gain knowledge. Sports education campus is nearby with needed facilities.
The staff members are friendly and easy to interact about all the things which will enrich ourselves towards our core. Curriculum involves elective subjects too that makes us get to know about our other interest.
I got placed in cognizant then the corona happened, so I was not able to work. Placement was good and the faculties encouraged us to take part campus recruitment for every company. Average Package was around 4-5 lakh.
Infrastructure of avinashilingam college is best accordingly to me. Our engineering college is situated in outskirts of coimbatore, very peaceful and amongst hill and fields. Classrooms are spacious and library is huge.
Academics is vast and have to learn a lot, engineering is usually the same. I studied computer science engineering. The quality of teaching was good and many experienced staffs were there. Helped us to great extent.
Placement was decent... Many companies came and recruitment was hassle free process since the placement cell arranged it very well. All girls college so some prefer higher studies and some joined BPO sector.
Campus is super, location is mind blowing, tall mountains with greenery everywhere. We have huge auditorium, sports education campus, laboratories with all equipments, gym facility. Wifi with smart seminar halls.
I did my bachelor of engineering in printing technology, one of the valued courses in the recent field. Our staffs were very experienced. Our HOD especially guides the students very well. Syllabus is updated and can improve still.
My department has many companies and most of us got recruited, the placement percentage was 90%. Many top core companies came for campus recruitment. IT company was also there. Highest salary was somewhere between 40-50k.
Infrastructure is good and has all necessary facilities and all departments have huge laboratories with all needed equipments. Classrooms are spacious enough to accommodate 50-60 students. Big library with many books.
I did ECE, my department staffs were kind hearted, since women's college only women staffs. They are many years experienced. Curriculum is good for undergraduation. Makes job ready, given that we should be very good in the subjects.
Our college brought many companies for recruitment, some of the students got placed. The placement average was 70 percentage. Placement cell co-ordinated the students in very good manner. Even I got placed in Bangalore based company.
