I feel dipsar is one of the greatest platform for the career it provides you with great opportunities and there you can explore yourself as a new person Dipsar is very clean and neat and therefore the faculty here is very nice
The academic is very nice plus therefore the syllabus is as the core subject of mbbs and the curriculum is perfect it provide you with great opportunity and the teachers here are very supportive and helpful
Yeh placement here are nice as the people explore themselves and provides all the greatness of the the life and explore themselves and helps us to grow and as an individual and therefore a perfect in its own way
Very sober and studious there are different societies and clubs one of the famous is rotract club buildings are good classrooms are properly ventilated and classrooms are also well arranged and managed
Teachers are very much experienced and a very good faculty PHD teachers are also there where as the teachers here are very friendly and cooperative with the students and provide them the best they could do
Many pharmaceutical companies Cipla mankind and many more companies and people in Dpsru get good packages after doing phd or MBA average package is of 10 LPA which is not so bad and is a very good opportunity
Not-so-good infrastructure facilities The infrastructure of the college is not good at all. While pursuing the course we have been told that a separate building will be allotted for our course but everything is on paper so far. Even the computer laboratory in which we used to take classes is not permanent either. We have been informed many times that a separate room has been allotted to us which will have fewer facilities. The premises are mostly clean, and there is only one small canteen providing only a few things to eat. Things will become way worse during summer because it doesn't have any drinking water facility, so even faculty members have to bring their own water bottles to the college to curb the heat during summer. The library is also quite small and fewer books are available over there. There is only a basketball court in the college, and apart from that there is nothing related to sports in the college. So, overall from the infrastructure point of view, the college is moderately fine, but not so good.
Poor academic facilities The main problem in pursuing M.Sc. Artificial Intelligence in Medicine from DPSRU is an absolutely poor academic facility. While the fees. While we need to pay around Rs. 66000 in the odd semester and Rs. 44000 in the even semester, the academic facilities don't justify the fees paid by the students in every consecutive semester. Even during the middle of the semester itself, some faculties were told to not take our classes, hence we needed to study most of the subjects on own own and appear in the end-semester examinations. The syllabus has been framed in a haphazard manner as well. Practical facilities in the whole course are lacking as well, and we haven't performed any practicals during our whole curriculum. Most students join this course so that they can transition their career in the evolving domain of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector but most of the students who are pursuing the course believe that they just need to pay the fees for 2 years and ultimately get the degree certificate at the end of the course and hence pass out of the college.
Poor placement facilities Barely any students get placed after completing this course. While the college administration didn't support much to call different companies so that most of the students get placed in a particular batch, the students themselves have to contact the companies and request them to visit the college for an on-campus recruitment drive. Rarely any student gets placed after completion of this course, and even if someone got placed then they are mostly placed as a Data Analyst, for which mostly graduation qualification is required. So, the overall placement experience is not from this college.
Complete waste of your parent's hard-earned money For the odd semester, the fee is Rs. 66000 and for the even semester the fee is Rs. 44000, so the total for a year would be Rs. 1,10,000. The facilities provided during the course, either academically or from a campus life point of view don't justify the fee paid by the enrolled students. It's mainly because of the fact that there is a lack of facilities on the college campus, either sports facilities, canteen facilities, drinking water facilities, and some miscellaneous facilities as well (stationary within the campus, etc). Academically as well the classroom experience is not good either.
Although the college is good in B.Pharm and similar disciplines but rest of the courses, especially M.Sc. courses are not good academically. The college organizes a few events from time to time in which students do used to participate, and enjoy some of their time, but overall campus life experience is not so good. Most of the administrative staffs are quite supportive, and they used to guide students properly out of their doubts and also guide them to the right channel. Although Saket metro station is quite far from the campus but there is good transport connectivity between the metro station and the main gate of the campus.
The college building is well built and maintained. The entire campus is filled with plants and greenery making it look so pretty. The classrooms are big and well ventilated and have a/c. Mess is also good.
All the professors are well trained and masters of their subjects. The library is great resource for all the study material a student would require. Faculty is sweet and friendly, There is practical experience along with theory also provided.
You get placed in summer internships very easily, for placements many good companies are there, which offer average salary package of 8 LPA. Placements are in various domains like consulting, marketing, HRM.8
The campus is not that much big but it's very pleasant here as it's in the heart of delhi. The university have various things like sports Complex, herbal garden, library ,auditorium, college canteen, etc. But till now there's no wifi facility in the whole campus for students bus yes mostly the places are clean and are maintained regularly.
I'm studying bachelors in pharmacy and I've choosen this course just because I know that in the upcoming years the demand for this course is going to increase. As we all know without medicines we can't imagine today's life so it will never go down. This course can help you to be eligible for various government sector jobs too like drug inspector and all. Also you can go for your own private pharmaceutical company/shop/business or anything.
As far as I'm experiencing and have seen then this college provides to the students highest placements as this is the only government pharmaceutical college in Delhi. The highest salary was around 9-10 LPA and average lies in between 3-5 LPA. Recruiting companies like Mankind, Cipla, Abbott, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Eli Lilly, Zydus and many more come for the campus placements.
The college is great with the top infrastructure where you can learn so much and enhance your skill set to the next level, with such a great library. Good lab facilities are available. There is no proper playground to play.
Faculty is nice, they guide you with all your problems and are available for you at any given point of time, they are like a savior for you in times of need, they will hold your hands and guide you throughout your journey in college.
Placements from around the top companies like Sun Pharma which gives you immense corporate exposure, with these top companies coming into our college , the college stands out to be one of the best college in India
College infrastructure is very good. All the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments are available. Classrooms are well lighted and ventilated, boards, projector podium, projector are available in every class. Library sitting arrangement is good and books are available. Yes they are all used and maintenance is also there. Living spaces are clean but the is not quite hygienic. In sports complex there is badminton court, basketball court, volleyball and ground.
I'm studying bachelor's of physiotherapy, it's an independent course and is need of the society in the coming time. Overall quality of teaching is good, our hod focus on it, but sometimes it is not taken in care. Our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. No, it is not making us ready for job.
In my course there is no placements from any college, i.e., in physiotherapy, but yes there is good placements from my college for pharmaceutical students and sports science students also. Students are placed on the basis of there rank. Physiotherapy students have to look for jobs by themselves and the average salary pack is 15-16k.
My course costs me 50k per year. But the money which we got in salary, on an average is not worthy, because the amount of money we are putting to get our certificate of course is not even fulfilled by the salary. But if one person go for private patients along with job, then it is worth.
College campus is quite good, there is good space to explore, best feature is its infrastructure the sports complex, canteen, opd, library, classes are all well structured. There is a swimming pool also but there is no water in it, it's a negative point. Students took stand for each other, there are various student societies, teachers are supportive, staff is cooperative. It's location is not quite good. It can handle emergencies.
Overall rating is good. I will surely recommend this college, opd is good, one can get good experience here.
The infrastructure here at DPSRU is quite decent if you compare with other government colleges, reason being it's newly built. The building has all the facilities, it's not suffocating, the architecture is Marvelous, Laboratories are spacious and we have 4 labs on one floor. Lecture theatre are well fitted with audio visual system of good quality along with smart boards.
DPSRU follows Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines strictly and hence the quality of education we get here is fantabulous. We have esteemed professors here who are gem of their respective subjects. There is also provision of Internships for which our university assists us to land up in good organizations to get a wholesome learning experience
The placement of DPSRU are comparable to NIPER Chandigarh. This time around 80-90% students were placed with the highest salary package being 8.5 lacks p.a. Students are well assisted for placements and are thoroughly made to go through Mock interview process which helps them in the final interview a lot.
If you wish to have good learning experience in field of Pharmacy, you are academically strong and there is some up and down on financial part you don't have to worry! Government of NCT of Delhi has DPSRU for you.
